Now that it's cold outside, you need to find a way to stay warm. Here are some great beanies to crochet. You'll love making them.

What do you need to crochet a basic beanie?

  • Worsted weight yarn, approximately 180-200 yards, depending on finished size
  • Crochet hook in size K for a looser fit or J for a tighter fit

A note about yarn: for the following beanie pattern you’ll be working two yarns on your hook simultaneously, so you’ll need two skeins. You can use two skeins of the same color, or two coordinating colors for a two-tone effect. Or change colors for a striped beanie. The options are pretty limitless!

If you're looking for something to do inside now that the weather is cold, here you go! These beanies to crochet will keep you warm and entertained.
